Never again. Lost a customer. They made a mistake and refused to fix it. And were completely rude about it. Seriously, the worst!

Our food isn't until 8! Delivered for hours which is really unacceptable if you order at 6:11 PM. At 7:11 pm I called where it was and it would be there in 20 minutes, which I found unacceptable, especially since you paid in advance. When it was not there yet at 6:45 PM I started calling again but the receiver was off the hook and therefore unreachable. I was wearing my coat to drive to your business because I really don't think this is possible and we were waiting for dinner with 3 children, so it couldn't be much later. Just when I was about to leave the house it was delivered at 8 pm! 2 hours after ordering !!! I can have a little understanding for crowds, but then not being available is really anti-social. Paying in advance, not being available and having to wait 2 hours for your food, that's really not possible. Then the food can be so good, but you don't treat people like that. I also emailed them, but received no response at all. No excuses nothing. Really really bad. It's that I can't give 0 stars otherwise I would have. I am a regular customer and was always satisfied, but not anymore. I will never order here again and advise other people not to order there.

5:21 PM placed an order to have it delivered at 6:30 PM. 7:00 pm to call where the order remains, both mobile number (via home delivery) and fixed number unreachable. 7:10 pm finally contact and then the food still had to be made and she would still have to look for a delivery person. I kindly thanked and canceled, which is also the last time I ordered something here. They clearly don't have their affairs in order.

Very bad experience with I love sushi Hoofddorp, Placed an order at 5:00 PM, called them at 6:00 PM, they finally answer after calling 10 times, they say it's on its way. Then called again at 6:45 PM, they say they forgot the order. At 7:30 pm finally got my food after 2.5 hours !!! No apology, no compensation, nothing at all. I will never come back here and can advise everyone to go to another sushi place in Hoofddorp. A warned person counts for two!
