Wonderful burger: juicy patty, crunchy and flavorful toppings, crisp bun, and served with a heap of french fries. The best burger I've ever had. Plus quick delivery to our hotel (within 30 min of placing the order); would highly recommend!

Lovely setting and very nice food with friendly, though somewhat slow service. The fact that even the Vegetarian menu changes daily is a plus.

Acted friendly to get you into the restaurant. I didn’t like my order and I was forced to pay for it. The staff became hostile and said the food is fresh, this isn’t America we will not take it off the bill. The waitress never came to check on us. Water that we get for free in America was $8 btw. Stay away from this place! Lasagna was gross! The only decent thing was the pizza.

It’s a nice-looking restaurant in the Herbergh Hotel. We had dinner - ordered the onion soup (8 Euro) and the sweet-potato-Gorgonzola-ravioli (18 Euro) and the creme brulee. The soup and dessert were tasty. The ravioli however was a disaster. It arrived about 40 minutes late, lukewarm, with a bunch of tired raviolis with grainy stuffing, in a skimpy baby-food-like sauce that couldn’t possibly tie in the cold Gorgonzola chunks on top. Disappointing, but that was not the worst part- the worst part was that when I told the head waitress that we didn’t like it, she *argued with me that it’s a matter of taste and then got angry at me for disagreeing*. She did end up refunding it, but made us feel terrible in the process and didn’t bother to apologize. Now, I pride myself on being a foodie – and having been to hundreds of restaurants worldwide, I find this behavior to be unacceptable. Maybe I am the only one so far who had the guts to speak out – perhaps it’s a cultural thing, I don’t know, but I think waiters should initiate asking the client if the food it to his/her liking in the first place. And I WAS polite about it. Making sure the client is satisfied should be a higher priority for them.

Very intimate place good food. Only comment pasta with roasted veg was not roasted veg rather boiled and added. Great chips attentive service
