Papa John's Pizza

We orderd a pizza we waited nearly 2 hours and it came freezing and we were forced to pay for it dont order here very bad people

Today I ordered The Works (Stuffed L) and Chicken Shoarma (Original L) using the "2 for Tuesdays" deals. I picked up and came home at 6:15. But The Works pizza was just Original. so I called the store and The staff said that their store don't have Stuffed pizza menu and asked me to come and get 2 euros. When I went to pick up the pizza, none of the staff told me about it. I don't want to go there for 2 euros. Time and car oil are a waste. I will never buy again at that store.

Too bad service from papa John's Hoofddorp, didn't expect it : I ordered pizza two days in a row, last Friday & Saturday and here is my ordeal. Friday delivery was quite late and when asked delivery guy told they are quite busy and pizza we received was quite cold as well. Next day we received some friends so I ordered pizza again but this time no one turned to deliver pizza even after one hour, called few times but no reply so I decided to go to shop to collect myself and to my surprise my ordered pizza was still there and in very cold state. When I asked for manager to make a complain, got a reply that owner is in Amsterdam and not available, when I insisted to make a complain the guy was quite rude and told me " take your pizza and go away". Listening to this another girl came to counter and tried to sort things out. When I told her I don't want cold pizza and want to cancel my order, she replied that she can not do anything and if I don't want pizza there will be no refund as I did order from online portal and not from the store so its my choice to take it or loose it. I told her that I want to make an official complain to owner as I can not use this pizza and want to cancel and get my money back.  Listening to that she noted down my details and told me owner will call me next day but it is now 3 days still no call form anyone. So my advice to all customers from papa john's Hoofddorp. 1) Don't order pizza from them. 2) Even if you have to , don't do online. 3) Pay them only when you receive order online in good state. 4) Never expect a good service from them. And advice to papa john's, please sort out your business specially your service otherwise there will be no business left.

Great pizza, quick and orderly just as you'd expect. Nice people who can serve in both English and Dutch. This place is also VEGAN FRIENDLY. They serve vegan cheese.

Average quality. Not happening place. Staff is good and cooperative. Not a place to have evening party.
