How To Buy A House (In The Netherlands) (10/02/2020)
I have ordered a meal for 3 days. Day one was sort of nice, little food, but ok, I need to loose some weight so no worries. The second day was totally different. The chicken was spoiled, smelled horrible, tomatoes were not fresh, so that was not a nice experience. I decided to call the company and the lady on the phone was friendly and ready to help. She will credit the whole amount of the spoiled food, so all good! Sometimes things are just not ok, but solved in a correct matter, than it is still good isn't it? Good job Familybox!

Tried the Familiebox for the first time, which resulted in a very pleasant experience. At Familiebox you can choose from various meals, which I really like. The meals are all very varied and with a lot of vegetables. Switching the deliveries on and off is very easy in your personal account. This way you can decide per week whether you want to receive a box or not. Especially the meat and vegetables from Familiebox are of excellent quality. Have you not received them so fresh and tender at any other meal box. Definitely recommended!

The family box delivers food on time and products are fresh. only the measurements are somewhat one-sided. Even extra vegetables added to many recipes. Once you have ordered a box to try it out you have to make sure it stops! If something goes wrong somewhere, you will still receive a box, where you have not even chosen dishes. All this while the payment is one-off and you do not pay in advance, but receive an invoice afterwards.

Tried once with ideal paid, box was not to the taste. Therefore, the orders were discontinued. Suddenly money is being collected (without authorization) and I am notified that I am getting a new box. After contact I receive the statement; this is a new month and you have not stopped it yet .............. watch out, strange practices at Familiebox, you will not get rid of it.

Choose from 12 fun and varied recipes. Not too spicy, the children also love it. Well measured quantities and after the first box I was nicely called to ask if everything was okay. Top service, I will definitely keep ordering!
