Mails will only be answered with a standard acknowledgment of receipt and no substantive response. Digitization is being carried out too far; applications can only be submitted digitally and no longer on paper, so that some of the residents can no longer make use of certain schemes. Sometimes (too) long waiting to make an appointment. Municipal page is currently in Het Kontakt, but this newspaper is not regularly delivered. Altena News was perhaps more expensive, but has a considerably better delivery service. A pity, all changes are not improvements.
