Cafetaria Viano

I am not allowed to have gluten and also told him that I would like 100% gluten-free fries. When we got it and unpacked everything it didn't say which one was gluten free. after this i was in so much pain ... i don't go here anymore (the food itself tasted good but i don't feel safe to eat here anymore).

Order fries war for € 4.25 which is a small one. Then you expect something given the price. Unfortunately weak fries with all the sauce flickered over. No fork, so whole hands under the sauce. Also no napkins received which is a shame. The eggburger made up for something but still not enough.

Just after 5 calls (phone was not answered) had a discussion about strawberry milkshake that tasted like nothing. Called and my comment is then questioned as I now see below that I am not alone with this complaint. (maybe listen to it seriously). After hanging up on my sandwich it started smelling sour and was just not good (turned over). Whether the pieces of egg on it or the lettuce or the fillet American would not know, but I threw ales into the container and wasted 18 euros on something I didn't get. Would be nice if I just got my money back because ended up paying for something I never got!

Ordered a combination of good fries and tasty snacks around the year anniversary. Both meat and vegetarian snacks were well prepared. The speed of the order was also good, together with the friendliness of the manager, a big 10! See you soon.

I've tried it a few times but I'd rather go a bit further than bad fries and service
