Ordered 1x Saté For Two yesterday was very tasty and delivered on the right time. But there were no gratin potatoes. Pity.

Ordered a bacon burger. There is no bacon on it. The burger is hardly medium rare. Called immediately and asked how this can be resolved and guess what, we were the last order. That explains why the burger was undercooked and tossed with mainly coleslaw (which had been dead for a while). Talked to a Kenan, not a new citizen, no money back. Complain that this has not been paid for, then Kenan knows it is "made right", I will get the money back from the bacon tomorrow via an errand boy who will bring it in cash, nothing is deposited (this is to cry anyway) This was the first and last time that an order was placed at Spareribs Express Amerfoort.

Spareribs and the food in general have a good taste. But Spare Rib Express regularly makes big mistakes, makes you a liar if you declare it and will never apologize or try to compensate. Today the citizen was delivered to another, And we call; it's coming. It arrives a little later and it is cold, call again and the operator says that the citizens are lukewarm by default. After insisting they come to pick it up and bring a new one. One has already eaten, the other has nothing 15 minutes later. And that for a premium price. And it is not 1x. Quick tip, weigh your 700gr spare ribs.

Almost always something is missing, sometimes my corn cob is not added, then the sauce, wrong ribs, drinks are not added, and tell me that it will be ok with the next order, where things are not correct. A few times they would bring it later, never came.
