National Book Store - Bauan

This is a great idea, putting a national bookstore in bauan and putting it beside a coffee shop and mcdonalds. This branch is where it must be placed, frontingthe church so after families are finished attending the mass they may drop by to buy supplies that their children might need. However the only problem is it lacks space, it is being sndwiched by too large buildings. Not that much parking area and really just a small store for books.
