Wrong price tagging. I picked up a book marked P495 and was asked to pay P675. According to them, they made a mistake with the price tag and when they returned the book that I bought after verifying in the storage room, I found out they got rid of the original price tag. This was a very disappointing experience for me as legally, I should have paid for what was indicated in the tag.
