Guard and sales staff are very courteous. Relatively a small shop for a huge mall. For LTO clients, you have no other choice, they're the only one with a photocopier!

Books are not properly organized making it difficult to look for a particular book. Book selection isn't that extensive compared to other branches. Good selection of school and office supplies though
