Hyundai - Entreposto Algarve - Faro

I went there to make computer check of my Hyundai I30. First time they asked me to come back in 3 hours. I came back and they updated the firmware and restarted my car's computer. I paid 55€ and that solution helped for 2h. I didn't get any report, just an invoice. I came back with the same problem. The guy want there that day so I had to come back the other day. I came back and of course they told me to come back after 3 hours. They plugged in the car again, restarted it's computer and I said that I need the report from the test. The only thing I got was the printout of a screenshot from tablet, even without my car's registration number. And I had to wait 20 minutes for that printout. I rarely write any reviewers but this experience was so bad that I just had to warn you guys.

Absolutely appalling service. All very friendly and helpful for the purchase, but following purchase - Zero service! - We bought a Tucson from Entreposto - Twice since having problems with the gearbox, where the car has had to be returned for replacement gearbox under warranty - Currently the car has been back at the dealers for 3 months and still not repaired - No contact, no information - Be very careful to buy from this outfit.
