Poor service. I wrote one email to import and buy a car: no answer. Wrote again and I got an answer saying the manager is terribly busy but will contact me in 24h. 24h later, still nothing. Wrote again. My message was read and ignored. There are plenty of people willing to work in the area. Just avoid them. .

I purchased a car from Platinum Auto in June 2020. I searched their website, made an offer by email, had a conversation, agreed a price all from the UK. The car was ready to view in their lovely garage and was presented very well. The team were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the cars history and condition. I found the whole experience very easy and non pressured and would definitely recommend and use again.

I imported a car from Germany using Platinum Auto in December 2019. The process was prolonged and hampered by many problems including CV-19. However, the staff and owner worked very hard to find solutions and I am very pleased with the car and their service. The owner is a man of his word. Five Stars and I would use them again. Thanks.
