Citroën - A MatosCar (Évora)

unlucky with citroen service here in Portugal. change of locks 22 eur more expensive than Beja for no reason (refused to give me a written quote just an email with a number on it, so professional) time frames for quotes just as bad as Beja (over 25 days waiting for a quote in Evora and more than 1,5 months on Beja) jumped over to Spain in the hope of better results Citroen HQ if you dont fix this you will lose on customers, this service is unacceptable. They require payment in advance (over 800 quid) but refuse to give you invoice for it after the repair has been done (required for my insurance)......6 weeks later.....outrageous

Lastimável o serviço de reparação e apoio ao cliente fiquei sem carro 1mes. Não falando nos valores para reparações aí sim é a doer
