Caetano Motors Peugeot

Great places to buy cars, but frankly don't take then here for services, since their team of mechanics are not only clueless, but rude, and incompetent.

Horrible, horrible customer service. We left our Peugeot at the Caetano Motors in Almada for service on Wednesday. We were promised the car would be ready on Friday as we had week end plans. On friday car was not ready as part was not received. No one thought to go and pick up the part themselves instead of waiting for delivery when they realized the part had not been delivered. What is worse, no one called us to advise of delay and when we try calling (several times at different time of the day) no one ever answers the phone. Very bad service. I will register the even in the Red Book and will write a complaint directly to Peugeot headquarters in Paris. In this day and age, you would think that a group as large as Caetano would have the means and the staff for a stellar customer service. Truely bad service and they don´t seem to care. Our week end plans had to be cancelled. We will never come back and we will do everything in our power to advise others of how bad Caetano motors is. Stay away..... Horrible business
