We had a very bad experience in August. Just to be clear, nothing can be done during the week-end. We had a light and a loud noise on the dashboard who appeared early Saturday morning on the highway. So we couldn’t drive the car on Saturday night and all Sunday. We cancelled our plans that we had until the Monday where the exchanged the car for another one.
And they didn’t refund us the two days where we COULD NOT drive the car !!!
It’s the 4th year in a row where we rented car at Moticristo. But I just can’t believe they didn’t refund the two days where it was impossible to use the car, light and noise on the dashboard apearing for a problem with the tires. Anyway, it’s upsetting and disappointing !
