Bought a 1 year old car here! The process from start to finish was amazing and very good English was spoken!

Went for car wash only, but really friendly staff

Not a good start. Scheduled the annual check-up for Friday - the computer “lost” it. Managed to get one for Monday. Was told to come at 10 a.m. because there is a long queue at 9 a.m. you still wait forever. Nowhere to sit down, no “senha”, just waste your time standing in line behind a guy who is coughing like mad. You ask the “lady” at “reception” if there is anything they intend to do for their clients who are waiting. She is to busy installing a ventilator for herself ... so much for “customer CARE” ...
