I should have been a bit more observant first time I arrived for a booked check up, because of some warning lights on in my car. The procedure to finally be able to leave your car!!!! Every minute cost a business money if they are not well organized. This went through my mind, but the way they took care about my car when finally it was my turn, was excellent. I thought I had found a garage that will do a good work! I booked a new time with them to bring my car to inspection. Told them that the car was overdue, but because of Covid 19 I had been informed that those dates had been prolonged. I was not questioned when my car where due, when they made the appointment. The day before the scedule they cancelled because of illness, but no problems to get a new time two weeks later. Arrive before sceduled time, same procedure as last time, when leaving the car, waiting, waiting,,,,,,! Finally my turn, just to be informed they cant do the inspection because the car is overdue!? Also they have no time to do the checkup before the inspection! Understood this is a dead end, have to go myself. Also with all of the delay, not my fault, they dont have time to go throug the car before the inspection. I ended up with them looking up a light, got a 1 for that one not working + a couple of other things that could have been avoided if they had checked my car properly on my sceduled time. I will never visit them again and advice others not to.

It is easier and quicker to book a service across the border. In my case I would have to wait five weeks to have my Renault Zoe serviced, while in Spain, three days. My car was serviced in aproximate five hours. The staff are also a lot more friendly.

Good service and we ended up buying a car from here.
