Great service, five stars for friendliness, helpfulness and for the actual work done. My BMW was handed back to me even cleaner, actually spotless after the service was done.

efficient and friendly service given by salesman Alexandre Carreiro. Fast check in at reception. Had a small material quality issue that was resolved by João Mateus, head of after sales service. Thumbs up Caetano Portimão !
Avoid, they don't return calls, there is only the receptionist available and no once else around to assist.
The worst BMW showroom, the service is terrible, there is no complaints procedure, they just don’t care or know how to deal with clients, I strongly recommend to avoid this place
This place is, quite simply, an embarrassment to BMW. The customer service is ridiculously bad. And they may as well not have phones or computers because trying to get in touch with them is near impossible. I don't know how they're still open to the public.
