Had our Peugeot serviced yesterday. Excellent service. Reception staff were so helpful and had a great command of English. Would recommend tte company.

More than one month and various hours lost to not get a pair of keys made and matched to the car. Poor communication throughout. I can not recommend. Two stars because the staff, as unhelpful as it was, was always professional and they were very honest, got a refund at the end as the service was not provided.

I have a Chevrolet Aveo and, for the past year, have had an electrical fault whereby something is draining the battery. MS Car seem unable to find the fault. I have had 3 new batteries during this time to prove to them it is not a fault with a battery cell! They finally decided to contact Chevrolet for their views and guess what - Chevrolet recommend I get a new battery!!!! I cannot wait to see how long it takes for this battery to drain. Note to MS Car, please get your engineers up to date on how to check for electrical faults, i.e. check fuses, remove fuses to see which one is actually draining the battery, keep checking the charge on battery to see which fuse has made a difference and which has not, then you can locate the problem. It is not rocket science! Sorry, but this is totally unacceptable behaviour and I feel totally let down as nobody seems to give a damn! I also notice other comments below see only the good reviews get a response from the owner!!
