I arrived in Portugal during Covid 19 June/20. In July /20 was time to have my yearly inspection on my 2018 vehicle . When I approached the front desk the rep advised me that it would take 2 weeks before I could bring my vehicle to be serviced. During the process I made numerous calls to obtain information since it was my first time. I made numerous calls however no one picked up the phone to have my question answered I had to drive to the location. This is unacceptable since we are dealing with Covid 19. Service prices are astronomical high, customer service is extremely low. I would not recommend this location. I personally will never return. I was not impressed. They have lost a Customer.

Very helpful in the spares dept.....ordered part for me and it was there in 2 days as promised and I received text to inform me the part was in. A good service MD

Good intentions for service, they looked immediatly to see for a diagnose (for free) but did not see the cause from the problem directly. 2- 3 weeks later for first appointment to look better was for me with campingcar unlucky not realistic.
