The fountain is authored by sculptor Alexei Tishin. Built in 2004. It is located opposite the Music School and the Opera and Ballet Theater. When the fountain was built, for some reason they forgot to connect it to the water supply, so every spring, when it comes time to turn on the fountain, a special fire truck arrives and fills the fountain with water.
