Monument of wooden architecture on the street Communist (Gudimovskaya), in the historical center of Novosibirsk. The house was built in the 1910s. in the style of wooden Art Nouveau. Initially, the building was used as a residential building, currently an administrative building. The house is recognized as an architectural monument of regional importance. In appearance, it requires direct urgent repairs, but it is precisely the repair and renovation of the facade and not the demolition of the building.
