Pamyatnik V.i. Leninu

Monument to V.I. Lenin is located on the central square of Chita. The monument itself, I would say, is unremarkable, but I like the square. In good weather, it is crowded here, there are many children, young people walk, grandmothers and grandchildren feed pigeons near the fountain. In summer it is green, entertainments work. All festive events take place on the square. Lenin "looks down" on all this.

The place could become a good public space of this area, next to the railwayman's dk, residential multi-storey areas, but from them it is rather difficult to get to this well, surrounded by a roadway, so it became a haven for the marginal people who are littering and drinking beer

It's time to clean up already ..
