The composition consists of three figures - a woman, a child and a cat, symbolizing a home cosiness. The author of the composition is the honored artist of Russia Sergey Syukhin. During the long absenteeism of men for crafts, women remained the ruler of the entire economy. In Pomors, the woman was revered not just as a keeper of the home, but as a personified by moral virtues. The sense of beauty affects both her attire and character: even in her youth, she holds with dignity, "does not stint" for all her numerous labors and worries, worries and sorrows.
