Climbing up the hill, where the embankment ended, this monument was unexpectedly discovered. The source did not work, it may not work. Around the composition there is a well-groomed territory, historical information and shops. Perhaps the shops are supposed to stop, look at the Don, but alas, in the field of view towards the majestic river, only unfinished and devastated ...
