Pamyatnik Uchitel'nitse

In the courtyard of the building of the Ministry of Education of the Ulyanovsk region at ul. Spassky, 18 a sculpture depicting the teacher is really installed (see the review of Vladimir Tishkin, photo). But in the maps another picture opens: a monument to N.M. Karamzin, located in the neighboring square. A significant part of the commentary is devoted to this same monument and this square. The lady on the monument to Karamzin was installed much later than the monument itself, it is an image of a muse, and not a teacher).

The teacher liked the monument! It was they who gave us knowledge and tickets to life! Thank you very much for their patience!

The square is very beautiful! If you go deep, you can go to a huge fountain and admire the Volga! Nice and cozy! There is access to the beach from the square. Beautiful nature, vegetation, very cool)! Inside there is a playground). I advise you to go!
