An ordinary monument, there are such in every city. Could put in another place, because they put behind the cinema because of this background so-so. I am sure that they wrote off more money than the monument itself and the works on its installation. It is better to repair the roads than to install this absurdity.

The stalls were a kind of monument of the Soviet era, they could be ennobled and left. Yes, and the installation of this slogan would need to check the OBEP, at whose expense the banquet was.
