Bald Mountain ... Monument to military history ... Height 145.5 ... Fierce battles for the height and adjacent territory were fought here for 147 days. Panoramic view of the southern districts of the city. Large parking. It is a pity that there is no evening illumination. I have been living in Volgograd for so many years, but I visited for the first time. Better late than never! And of course this place has an urban legend. Some people here see indistinct figures along the road. Others say that the journey up and down the mountain can take completely different times. Locals talk about a car that, even when driving through the snow, leaves no traces ... And ... Disappears.
