The manor is almost in ruins. It is a pity that the restoration did not come as well as in hundreds of other heritage sites. The village of Usolye and the estate itself have an interesting long-standing historical origin. I recommend that you read and inquire before traveling to these places. It is immediately evident that houses were built for centuries before. The walls are thick with several layers of bricks. Two bas-relief eagles on the facade and the original cast-iron decoration of the entrance of the count's house, which was also the base of the balcony at one time, remained intact. So, you can literally touch the history. If you look closely at your feet, on the ceiling of the second floor in one of the buildings you can see the remnants of a mosaic floor, apparently dark blue. Also, there are crumbling wooden beams that served as the floor. And a small number of artifacts from that time. I think a visit to this estate will be interesting to everyone who does not pursue the goal of destruction and desecration of architectural monuments.

This is a story that is still possible to recreate and save! Unfortunately, no one deals with the place, but we were told in the museum of the history of the Usolsky Krai (by the way, I advise you to go there, we learned a lot of interesting things about the village and the estate), that the estate has a chance for further existence and restoration, they paid attention to it. So we wait and hope that they will deal with this historical attraction. In addition to this estate, old buildings are scattered around the perimeter of the village: a post office, stables, shepherds, workshops. Now people live in many of these buildings, which saves them from destruction.

Incredibly atmospheric place! The estate still has a mosaic, narrow and slippery stairs and stucco molding in one of the buildings. You can climb the roof and enjoy the panoramic view. Inside there is always an atmosphere of old and mystery. I recommend👍
