A cat is the main object here. The statue of the cat looks very organic in front of the background of the river :) so the fisher is just an addition to the cat. Unfortunately, the fishing tackle can be stolen from time to time by vandals.

A very interesting and pertinent monument. It stands in a good place, it is convenient to approach it. The mood raises, especially the cat, which steals a fish from a bucket behind the fisherman's back. It is a pity that a fishing rod is often stolen, but the locals bring a real one in return for the stolen one and put it in the hands of the monument. Picturesque photos are taken next to the fisherman.

The banks of the Volga are beautiful. But the embankments are neglected and broken. It is a pity that the management cannot adequately equip the recreation area so that the townspeople would like to walk here, and the guests come back every time.
