A good example of how, from a small fact of history, you can make a full-fledged attraction, visited by passing tourists. And I visited this monument, which, however, I do not regret at all. This monument, of course, stands out from the general ranks, flooding the cities of the country: a girl on a bench, a boy with a girl, an artist sitting, an artist standing, (a horse flying), etc., which, in fact, are not sights and do not represent artistic value , and resemble the notorious "girls with a paddle" in every city of the USSR until the end of the 60s of the XX century. But the folk instrument revived in Bezhetsk is undoubtedly worthy of the monument.

The balalaika monument in Bezhetsk was erected in memory of V.V. - balalaika virtuoso. A monument to himself is also located nearby.
