The observation deck overlooks the Embankment. It is best to come there with binoculars. The monument itself is littered with wedding ribbons; cracks and peeling plaster are clearly visible on the stele. The place is good, but by and large there is nothing to do there.

1000-летняя история, к сожалению, только как место сохранялась. Все окрестные строения более позднего периода. Но памятник достойный и смотровая площадка отличная.

A beautiful monument, but the salon itself, on which it stands, is not very good, and the view is honestly not so hot.
