Harmony, like gingerbread, is a symbol of Tula. The oldest harmonic factory in the country is located in the city, the creator of the two-row chromatic manual harmonica Nikolai Beloborodov was born and lived in Tula. The sculptural composition dedicated to the accordion appeared in September 2016. Made of concrete, the height of the pedestal with an accordion is 1.5 meters.

Harmony is one of the symbols of Tula. In addition to the factory "Tula harmonica", several museums (at the factory, Beloborodov, Grandfather Philemon), this folk musical instrument got a monument. The art object from the architectural concrete appeared at the intersection of Lenin Avenue and May 9 Street in September 2016, the day of the city's 870th anniversary. Production and installation of the composition was carried out by the studio of art ceramics "Indigo Ceramics" for sponsorship. Before decorating the concrete accordion with a drawing, the workshop specialists carefully studied the photographs of the Tula instruments.
