We have heard a lot about people in Tarusa. Heard about their uniqueness and about their special relationship to culture and history. But this pronoun shocked. I AM AMAZING !!! BOND MY KNE !!! This is not just a monument to those killed during the Second World War. There is a monument to those who died in local wars, who died from radiation !!!! Residents of the city, administration, THANK YOU FOR MEMORY !!! And this is not a pretentious monument, but this memory. And the view of the Oka ... Yes, it is magnificent here. But this is not why you come here

The monument is made in the form of a bayonet, which is quite unusual. I like it. But the main advantage of the monument is, of course, the view of the Oka and the right bank. An interesting historical fact: the exit with a barrier next to the monument used to be part of the road leading to the Tarusa bridge across the Oka, now absent.

Perfect place. This monument was built in memory of the heroes of this city who died during World War II. Also, this place offers a wonderful view of the Oka.
