Очень красивое здание, мимо которого не пройти. Интересно смотрится с подсветкой вечером. В здании не раз делали ремонт и реставрировали фасад. Очень жаль , что внутрь не попасть. Здесь всегда много туристов, потому что здание достопримечательность города. И много фотографий можно найти в интернете. По последним данным возможно скоро появится новый собственник здания.

I remember this building back in the days when the Passage was really located there, there was trade. Then, somewhere in the late 60s, a fire broke out in it, problems with the drainage of sewage water were discovered, due to which a wide crack appeared in the building along its entire height. Then the Passage was closed, but it has not been opened until now. So the name is the only thing that remains of its former purpose. Well, beautiful facades ...

An impressive building, I recommend that people come at night when illuminated facades add mystery and charm to the antiquity of the past. One of my favorite places for evening walks.
