Seriously, this is a real problem, that our citizens are not able to distinguish the fountain from the pool and take their child there to buy. T. Ye. I am silent about street athletes, who also often roll up on this spot with greats and skateboards - this happens in the evening or at night, they do not interfere with anyone and do not cause that misunderstanding as the “flowers of life”. I was still at the opening of this monument, when its architect explained the design of the pedestal as an image of 4 districts of the city, and at that moment I sincerely believed in ennobling my city, but now seeing a completely different picture, I remain only disappointed.
