I am a regular customer, I travel every day. Yesterday, 02/03/2020, I called a taxi through the application to get home from work. I was assigned some 12th. I follow the application, and she goes the other way and just does not stop! I cancel it, click that I will go by another car, create an order again - and this 12th takes it again. I cancel again, recreate - again 12th. After several drops, the application simply stopped accepting my order, and the call to 999-888 was reset. Then I dialed from my second SIM card. I got through to the operator, asked me to appoint a car, just make a note so that I wouldn’t take the 12th order, since he travels around the city in circles, and not to my address! What received the rudeness and rudeness of the operator and the message that they do not make such notes. But I always go, I often asked the operators to make such notes, for example, so that the driver does not call into the yard of my house, since there you can get stuck. I told her this, to which I again received rudeness, a message that I could not hear her and the operator hung up. As a result, they ignored my complaint through the application, I had to go to Yandex. Taxi. The impression was simply terrible, I still can’t come to my senses from this story. It’s better not to encounter the operators of this taxi! If you travel by this carrier - use the application, otherwise you will hear a bunch of rudeness at your address and get a ruined day! In general, I’m not a conflict person, and I always treated minor flaws in the service’s work with understanding, but it was already just beyond, excuse me. And the most unpleasant thing was that the customer service just didn't give a damn about my problem, no one got in touch! From today, I do not recommend this carrier to anyone!
