Breakfast was poor and very limited (when included in room price), unpleasant staff at dining area and the thin sponge mattress in the room was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is over priced for what you get. A week earlier we stayed at a 4star hotel with the same cost as the room at this hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable. We were given one single bed dovet for a double bed and the bed sheet was too small for the bed aswel. The breakfast (that included one piece of processes cheese, one small butter serving, one slice of processed ham,a slice of stale bread, two eggs and two microwaved vienna sausages) was horrible. We did not even go to breakfast the second morning. The service in the Olive cafe where breakfast is served was unpleasant.

Great location, in a really nice neighborhood, but worst staff ever. They do not speak english and do not even try to help when you make a request. Small rooms

Great location, just a few minutes from the Red Square. The room was small but comfortable and well equipped. There's also a small restaurant with discounts to guests. Overall a good place to get some rest.

A very casual place to stay in my opinion. I've been there about 20 times during a year and half. Firstly, reception don't understand English language and are not inviting person. The facilities however are really ok and you can find cooking facilities in all rooms but don't expect more! The best thing about this place perhaps is it's location since it situated in city center, tough, Metro is not near and you must walk around 20 minutes to reach nearest station but you still have this chance to pay more for tram to reach there easily! Kitay-Gorod known as a place with many bars, clubs and restaurants in Moscow. Finally, the cost you supposed to pay here is a little bit more than it's worth, I believe.
