They constantly take an order and immediately cancel it, and you twitch and get nervous. Operators are generally the bottom. They don't even listen to our claims. Today's dialogue: - Why has it passed 40 minutes, and the car has not yet been assigned? - Thank you for your request, all the best, goodbye! _____________________________________ Reply to Lucky's comment: Do you really have so few cars that there is no one to take an order?

Terrible service! They cancel the order on their own without notifying the client. On November 21, I waited an hour and a half, the order was canceled 2 times, with a claim that I canceled it. Now the situation is exactly the same, the operator called and said: "Order a taxi. Where can I pick you up from?" Those. again, someone canceled and was not notified. Nightmare! Used Yandex taxi, comfort tariff, for 90 rubles. it turned out more expensive.

I am a nonresident. Lost in Moscow, and I have a bus, home. This is the only taxi that took up my search. All the others refused. Even the dispatcher calmed me down. The dispatcher told me what to do, where to stand. A man came, we caught my bus. Many thanks to the company. I will definitely use their services.

Today I ordered a taxi from Dnepropetrovsk to the Nagornaya metro station. I got a non-Russian taxi driver. He hinted that he would treat him to brandy. The time was 7 am. I went to the exam. I generally dislike non-Russian men from other cities I tried to politely hint that I'm not dating married people. But a surprise awaited me ahead. The operator did not listen to the end, disconnected the call, did not announce the amount and whether a car was assigned to me! After the second call, the operator threatened me to interrupt the call if I did not let him tell! When choosing a taxi service, I will definitely not choose a taxi. I'm lucky! The taxi driver had no questions, he was politely brought to the destination!
