By design features - a hydroelectric power plant (machine room). In fact, it is a laboratory for testing turbines for hydroelectric power plants. Commissioned in 1953. For today, it is not used for its intended purpose. It is part of one of the Rosatom property complexes and has been reconstructed into office space for lease.
