Former factory area transformed into modern art space with stores and cafes and exhibition hall. I didn't find it special or extremely valuable. Its just a nice space to spend some evenings for local residents.

Love this place. You can buy here clothes, shoes and even skateboard/longboard! I think here more than ten different shops. And at least one bar 😀

Cozy place for walking with your friends. Nice food shops and many other interesting places. It looks like a little Europe place.
