A very nice excursion. A very good guide. Interesting story, good speech, professional. Tsars, Napoleon, Khodynka. It's a shame that it's rather difficult to get here. But we succeeded.

Very nice. But the busy car traffic along the alleys is annoying. If the cars were removed from the alleys, there would be a full-fledged park almost in the center of Moscow.

Although the palace is called Petrovsky, it was built by decree of Catherine II in 1780, according to the design of Kazakov. It was used for its intended purpose by our emperors and even Napoleon. Then there was a hospital, barracks, a dining room. And in 1920, the palace was transferred to the Air Force and since 1923 there Zhukovsky Academy. Gagarin studied in it, after which another academy was named. And then the academy was expelled to Voronezh, destroying the entire material and scientific base, and now the building houses the Moscow government receptions and some obscure hotels. There are almost no people on the territory, unlike the times of the BBA deployment ...

I was very surprised when I found out that you can stay here for the night. Always considered this place more of a museum. You will definitely be surprised at the local environment, everything is as unusual as possible and, I will not be mistaken, if I say so, gorgeous. It distracts from everyday life and is definitely worth the money.
