Quite an unusual monument. From the Georgian letters it becomes clear what has to do with Georgia. Around the stele are scrolls with statements about friendship between the peoples of Russia and Georgia. But reading them is inconvenient - you have to climb onto a pedestal. There are many shops around, you can sit, relax, drink coffee, which is sold nearby 😉
