Very disappointing. I visited the original Atelier des Lumières in Paris and was amazed. Came to this one in Moscow to watch the magic of my two favorite Russian painters - Aivazovsky and Kandinsky. I didn’t even managed to watch them both cos the video mapping was not good, it didn’t match and one projector wasn’t even working properly. It was going black when the rest was still running, the text was cut and was hard to read. And it wasn’t very nice to see error messengers from the bad projector system. In general - it looked like a disrespect of the great painters and of the guests who paid to get in. I saw only one movie and left. Have to say that the receptionist was a bit rude and uneducated. She didn’t know when the movie will start, what is currently playing and etc. Not a fun experience, especially when I needed to go across the whole city to come there.

The place provides you with beanbags to sit on and take a rest while watching artwork pieces “coming to life” projected on big white screens. I give it 3 stars because it’s relatively cheap (450RUB), but in general - the concept is nice and creative. The only problems are - the video is in such low quality, projectors are not in focus and the sound system simply sounds bad (especially when playing deep low bass music). Not a must while visiting Moscow, but nice to spend 30 minutes here if you’re in the area.

Amazing place, especially if you're tripping :) You can get a beer and a snack whilst whoever you came to listen perform is putting on a set. Went to see space jazz and it was awesome!

Something new... Nice experience with night cinema! At the same time the interior is kinda cheap and not that cozy. I think this place has a good potential but there is much to improve for now.

Went to see an art expo for 2 russian painters Roerich and Ayvazovsky. It was amazing, the paintings come alive on big projection screens. You can sit comfortably on bean bag chairs and enjoy the view with pleasant music. It was a great experience. Even my 16 year old enjoyed this art expo.
