They wrapped it around with tape, it spoils the photo, you can't look up, but, apparently, the work is just still going on

The chambers of the Khamovny Dvor are a massive brick building, almost without decor, with the exception of pilasters, a curb belt and small niches around the windows. In the 70s of the last century, the chambers were restored. During archaeological excavations, they found objects that confirm that they were engaged in weaving in the room - these are tack boards, parts of wooden looms, iron needles.
