Access is limited by a locked door. Public observation deck at a height of 9 meters, with a spiral staircase. The airiness, openwork, is laid down by the visual permeability of the structure, due to the lack of continuous sheathing. But further, the ugliest realization that vulgarized the whole idea. In truth, the officials are sheer mediocrity. The structure was made not in the factory with installation on site, but right on site, with all the ensuing consequences for the quality of joints and mates. Painting was carried out, again on the spot, in cold weather. As a perspective - peeling and rust. Installed inappropriately, at a point where there is nothing worthy of review, except perhaps as a convenient platform for shooting officials at Shoigu's dacha. Where did the FSO look ?!
