Already in the middle of the 19th century, the senior Savva built a number of buildings for specialists here, especially the British, who were hired to work in the newly built mechanical spinning mill. The street was officially named English. There were barracks-type barracks for the workers of this factory. From the 60s, the youngest Timothy relied on Russian graduates of the respective schools and the English gradually left. But the name Englishwoman was fixed for a certain time. Much, much later, the street was named Moiseenko. Well, the surroundings were completely rebuilt. The second Englishwoman arose later and to the east thanks to Vikula Morozov.
