Nice place, historical monument, rich history, big famous names. But, unfortunately, there is NO access to the territory. You can only watch from behind the fence, which is not very possible in dense green spaces. All the gates are locked, no activity is visible on the territory, the cultural heritage site of the peoples of the Russian Federation is inaccessible to people. It's a pity...

I came specially to see the estate. Through the gate you can see desolation, the estate is in poor condition, but the place is wonderful green and near the river.

The place is green and old, everything here reminds of the old times, beautiful houses, it seems, are being restored! It is a pity that it is now closed, earlier it was possible to walk on the territory.

Who would have thought that just walking, you can accidentally stumble upon a place where Chekhov drew inspiration while fishing. Where Stanislavsky honed acting skills, and the best artists of the country found a quiet corner for spiritual conversations with the philanthropist Mamontov.
