Visited this estate completely by accident. This manor is located in the village of Shchurovo, right on the outskirts of the city of Kolomna and is an architectural monument of regional importance. The manor house, built in Art Nouveau style, is in poor condition. Emil Lipgart was a famous German industrialist and owner of a cement factory that is still working. Nowadays, everything is smashed and broken, windows and doors are broken, although traces and attempts at some kind of restoration work are visible. The park around the manor house is also littered and cluttered up. Under the house itself is the entrance to the basement, from which come some not entirely clear moves.

There was a beautiful house, a park .... And my mother went to this park on the dance floor, then the fountains were still working, swings, there were unstressed statues, there were well-kept flowerbeds, they sold ice cream and lemonade ..... It is a pity that during the reconstruction of the cement plant they completely forgot about this historic place.
