We have not been to Vyborg for about a year and a half. The embankment is simply unrecognizable! There were just "ruins" on this place. Thanks to those who so ennobled this place! And a few words about the concrete ship, information about which is not next to it ... I think in the future there will be some kind of "plate" with its history ... While I had to dig information on the Internet ... The ship, or rather the vessel, is nothing more than a previously operating fishing seiner. Such ships were produced in many countries of the world, in the USSR their intensive construction began after the October Revolution. A whole series of concrete ships were produced for the internal needs of the country. According to one version, this particular vessel was made in Cuba for the USSR in the 70s. He was also named "Breeze".

It is absolutely incomprehensible neither what it is, nor for what. What was planned, why did they put so much effort, maybe if they had completed it, then it became a landmark of Vyborg. And so zilch. But you can take a walk there. Nice promenade with walking and cycling paths. Equipped sports field with a small set of fitness equipment. Nice view of the castle, the city, port and bay.
